Since returning from our Far North QLD, we have decided to release our three favourite singles from the “World Keeps Spinning” album, now available on all good streaming platforms.

The title track from the album “World Keeps Spinning” was released on October 9th, a pumping house track with catchy rhythms, pulsing didgeridoo and soaring Native American flute. We wrote this song during lockdown as we wanted to create an upbeat and positive track to encourage optimism for the future, that live music would return. “Turn off the T.V, turn up the music”, the repeated mantra at the end of the track sums up our message.

“Amazonian” was the second single to be released on the 28th October, an Afrobeat banger. When I was growing up I was growing into a well-built woman, and was nicknamed “Amazonian” for my stature, so I decided to turn that into an empowering song about body positivity – “I’m Amazonian, I’m all woman”. With Rodger’s powerful dun duns and some sneaky synth lines, this track is one that will get you winding and grinding.

The final single to be released in the trilogy is “Stardust”, glistening and dancing with hammered dulcimer featured prominently, another dance tune with a pounding rhythm, funk guitar and a unifying message, “We’re all stardust, we are all stars”, this tune was our favourite to play on tour and was favoured by the amazing audiences we encountered around Queensland.

All 3 singles are available for you to listen to in full and enjoy….stay tuned for our next release…coming soon…
